As we get ready for the summer trip this year with our Young Marines, I want to say thanks to all of our parents and the Young Marines that made it happen. Our Staff here at the unit has put in a lot of time and effort in scheduling this event. When we return we will have a much more routine schedule through August that will lead to our rededication and renaming ceremony - a change from Camp Johnson Young Marines to the New River Young Marines. Following this we will start our fall recruit training class - our plan is to graduate this class in the first week of December prior to our holiday break. Please keep in mind that we will all need to re-register in September as well in order to get it all done before the new FY in October and our Young Marine Ball.
